Maibock by Primátor A.S.

On the pour this maibock is lighter in color that a traditional bock and offers up an assertive hop flavor. Despite having a strong hop flavor, this beer still lets the malts shine. Looks for buttery graham cracker and caramel flavors with a bit of orange blossom honey sweetness. The lingering taste is a balance of the honey sweetness and bitter herbal hops. Enjoy on its own or paired with a steak dinner.
