Emancipator Doppel Bock by Christian Moerlein Brewing Co.

This doppel bock is full of flavor! On the pour it is a milk chocolate brown with a thin tan head, and the aromas are bready and sweet. Once you give this beer a try you’ll notice the complex malt flavors from five different types of malted barley used in the brewing process. Flavors of roasted coffee, hints of rum, and even a pinch of salt balance out the sweet malts. Also contributing to the balancing act are the herbal hops; which in the end linger on the palate. This is a fantastic ‘warm you up by the fire’ kind of beer.
