Milk Stout by Lancaster Brewing Co.

When I think stout, I think of a dark beer. Lancaster Brewing Company’s Milk Stout definitely falls into that category. It pours a very dark brown opaque color with a thin head that dissipates nearly completely. Toasty and nutty malts are the star of the show here. On the palate you can taste bittersweet chocolate, coffee and an overall toasted flavor. Sweetness is also present throughout the stout and it lingers on the palate. This would be a great beer to enjoy with chili or even to add to your chili recipe!
