Primátor Maibock
is lighter in color
and has a more bold
hop flavor than  a
traditional bock.  It pours a clear light golden/amber color with a thin head that clings to the glass.  Right off the bat you can taste the hops.  However, the primary flavors come from the malts which contain characteristics of honey, caramel and graham crackers.  The lingering taste is a balance of the honey-like malts and bitter herbal hops.  This isn’t a thirst quenching beer, but rather one to enjoy on it’s own or paired with a steak dinner.
